Purpose:
The main purpose of this report is to suggest some activities for the talent show and give recommendations to motivate and involve students and teachers to participate in it.

Activities:
Firstly, there are many kinds of artistic, musical or cultural activities that can be take into account to do in a talent show. Many people take them as hobbies and they can share it in this type of event. Secondly, people can show themselves for example as singers, dancers, magicians, musicians, etc. Also if we want to see something more elaborated, poetry or plays are a good option. Finally, as a personal experience, I know there are some people that are not good in this type of talents; therefore, they can help with the organization and logistic part of the show.

Inviting
people:
The most important thing we have to do is provide talent show’s information
such as date, inscriptions and prize. We can do this through social networks
and putting big posters around classrooms and halls. The best way to motivate
people to participate is giving a prize to the winners. To illustrate this
point, the prize could be a benefit in the English program, a trophy or as
simple as a bonus for going to eat free with some company.
Conclusion:
In summary, this talent show can be the best if you take into account all my recommendations. I know that students and teachers will be happy to participate in this kind of activities.
